Highlights:
With its unique cuisine, rich culture, some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, breathtaking waterfalls, and welcoming people, Brazil is the perfect place for a Brazil youth humanitarian experience filled with service, adventure, and the sun on your shoulders!
Fly into Florianopolis, where our Brazil youth humanitarian journey will be spent serving and adventuring. Most days will include working side by side with the local people, providing education and improvement projects to the poorest area in Southern Brazil. Here, we will provide families with clean water filters and teach self-sufficiency classes. We will also work at a community center, delivering much-needed food. Connect with the elderly at a low-income nursing home, where elders are in desperate need of love, service, and quality time. Work at a low-income preschool to help improve the lives of students both at home and at school.
Take surf lessons and paddleboard on some of the world’s most iconic beaches and shorelines, sandboard down the Joaquina Dunes that stretch from a nearby lake all the way to the ocean, and ride horses along the unforgettable coast.
Celebrate your Brazil youth humanitarian service with a flight to Rio to see the Christ Redeemer statue, take the gondola to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, and relax at both Ipanema and Copacabana beaches.
