John is a RN and most recently decided to become a travel RN. When he finishes his clinicals he will be nurse practitioner. He loves to fix up properties and flip homes on the side. He doesn’t take himself too seriously and has a way of finding and creating the humor in everyday life. I (Mimi) am now a stay at home mom, but recently had a career in Human Capital Management. I’m loving staying home with with my kids ranging from 19 to 4.They keep me really busy! Our oldest two children When I’m not running around I love taking photos for friends, trying fun new recipes for dinner, and documenting every waking moment of our lives. My latest hobby is cold plunging! Let’s go together in Iceland!
